Heavy Duty
Track Mats
'TuffTrak'

TuffTrak is the ultimate heavy-duty road track mat, providing temporary roadways and work area access for heavy plant, machinery and vehicle traffic.

Each track mat is 3m x 2.5m x 40mm thick. Each piece can then be connected in either orientation to form the exact shape, flexibility and coverage required.

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene, TuffTrak’s material is tough, but remains flexible in use.

It can take the shape of the land while providing load spread for vehicle wheels and protection to the ground beneath – preventing rutting and bogging down on softer surfaces.

Normally there is no requirement for ground preparation prior to laying ground protection mats.

  • Nonconductive - The polyethylene material is nonconductive, making it a safe ground protection mat option for events, construction sites, and any other occasion when electrical equipment is in use.
  • Chemically inert - Your ground protection mats won’t react with acids, alkalis or solvents. This can be particularly useful on construction sites where hazardous chemicals are stored and used.
  • Non-absorbent - By avoiding the absorption of water and other materials, the mats retain their original shape, volume and flexibility. This is critical when heavy machinery is concerned.
  • Supports vehicle loading up to 150t (TuffTrak)
